Please arrive to your lash appointment with clean lashes. (It is mandatory that NO eye makeup is worn. *This includes eyeliners, eye shadows, and mascara). *If not a lash bath service fee of $15.00 will be added.
Your mink extensions aftercare is very important and It is expected to be followed exactly.
Do not forget to pre-book your lash fills ahead of time. Slots are limited and are not guaranteed available last minute.
ANY lash appointment booked after 3 1/2 weeks is AUTOMATICALLY a full set!

BOOKING:
A NON REFUNDABLE Deposit is required for all services. This deposit WILL go toward your service scheduled. Although NO REFUND will be issued upon cancellation; the deposit may be used as credit towards another service/appointment ,only when scheduled within the next 10 days.
Tardy & Rescheduling: Clients are given a 10 minute window. Any time after 10 minutes you MAY be required to reschedule & a $10 late fee will be applied. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment please contact me as soon as possible so that you can avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Each service provided requires much concentration, therefore please use your best discretion when bringing small children to appointments

Need an appointment later/earlier than normal business hours?! No problem!! Need services, but want a house call?! No problem!!! Contact IAMROYLT and we will try our best to accommodate, however additional fees WILL apply.
Need Mobile services?! No problem! Please let us know and we will certainly travel to you, however travel fees WILL apply.
